owning any NFTs.

additional features and services when the Game is made available to you.
ii. The Game may be subject to further instructions, restrictions, terms and conditions as
detailed in these Terms, the Game Terms, or Website Terms.
iii. We do not represent or guarantee that your access to the Game will be uninterrupted or
will be maintained into the future. Use and play of NFTs is intimately tied to the operations of
Game, and we cannot guarantee that Game or any of its promoted elements will ever be
publicly launched or maintained in the future.
